Peter Karagrigoriou
PKD was founded by Peter Karagrigoriou in 1995 when he identified the need for a braver kind of residential building and design company in the inner- city of Brisbane. One that doesn’t try and satisfy all the people all the time with lowest common denominator designs.
Land is more precious than ever and there has been such a blurring of the boundaries between leisure, work and education. To Peter, all of this means that to attract the discerning customer homes have to be the most imaginitively designed and best built in the industry.
Peter started his first project at the age of 19 when he designed and developed his own house. And even back then, he was committed to creating something unique. He went on to study Architecture at QUT before registering as a Project Manager in 1995 and then applying for his builder’s license in 1999.
Ever the perfectionist, it is Peter’s attention to detail and drive for an unwavering standard of quality that delights clients.
